How long does an exchange take?

A few minutes to half an hour. Most of that is network confirmation: seconds on TRON and Solana, up to 30 minutes on Bitcoin.

Do I need an account?

No. An account is optional — it exists only if you want your exchange history, a cumulative discount and an internal balance.

Where does the rate come from?

It is collected from exchange sources in real time, with the service fee added on top. The amount you will receive is shown on the order before you pay, and that is the figure the service commits to.

I sent the wrong amount. What now?

Message support with the order number. An underpayment or overpayment is settled by hand: a top-up, a recalculation, or a return.

Why is my order on hold?

An automatic source-of-funds check raised a signal. It is not an accusation — an operator needs to look at the order. See the KYC/AML policy.

Can I change the payout details?

Not after payment. Before payment, cancel the order and create a new one.
