KYC/AML policy
The service checks where the crypto reaching it came from. Payment partners require it, and without it payouts would not be possible at all.
What is checked
Every incoming transaction is scored automatically: the address is checked against known sources of risk — mixers, sanctions lists, illicit marketplaces. The scoring is done by an outside analytics provider.
If an order is held
The order moves to "Under review". Nothing disappears. An operator will contact you and may ask you to explain the source of the funds or confirm your identity.
What is asked for
- A description of where the funds came from and, where they exist, supporting documents.
- Identity documents — only where the check requires them.
Data is kept no longer than the check requires and is passed to no one except where the law directly provides for it.
Refusal
Where the source of funds cannot be confirmed, the service returns them to the sending address less the network fee.
