Exchange rules
Using the service means accepting the terms below. They describe how the exchange actually works and contain no hidden clauses.
The rate and the deadline
The rate is fixed when the order is created and holds for the period shown on the order page. A payment that arrives after that is either recalculated at the current rate or returned — your choice.
On floating-rate directions a recalculation happens only when the market has moved past the threshold shown on the order.
Payment
- Send exactly the amount the order states. An underpayment or an overpayment is handled by hand and delays the payout.
- One order, one transfer. Several transfers to the same address are handled separately.
- The network cannot be changed: funds sent on a different network may be lost for good.
Payout
The payout happens once the network confirms. The number of confirmations depends on the coin and is stated on the order. Check your payout details before creating the order — they cannot be changed after payment.
Returns
A return goes back to the address or account the payment came from, less the network fee. Returns to any other destination are not made.
Limits
- The service does not handle funds showing signs of illegal origin.
- An order may be put on hold — see the KYC/AML policy.
- The service may decline an exchange without giving a reason and return the funds.
